Ignition Card Catcher HM2 import errors

You need to have known hole cards turned off in settings on the converter unless you are running version .8079 of HM2.

If you have a newer version than this you can either:

1) Turn off known hole cards in settings on the converter.
2) Downgrade to version .8079 of HM2 (downgrade link provided in the converter) and here:
http://acepokersolutions.com/files/8079_Hm2AutoUpdate.exe

Make sure you are importing into HM2 from the correct folder as well. Some people import from the processed hand folder, and you want to make sure you’re importing from the output directory.
