How do I reset my BetOnline Card Catcher license?

You can go to the page below, enter your serial to reset your activation, and then re-register your product:

Remember, 1 license is good for activation on 2 systems. If you need additional activation for more systems, please let us know and you can add those at an additional charge.

If your license still doesn’t work, then do the following and delete your license file and it will work again:

1. Close the BetOnline Card Catcher.

2. Delete the file called ‘BOC_Cash.DLL’, ‘BOC_Tournaments.dll'(or a similar filename(s)) stored in ‘C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses’ and try registering again.

In Windows 7, when you have windows explorer open, simply click ORGANIZE in the top left menu, and then select ‘Folder and search options’. Go to the VIEW tab, and then check ‘Show hidden files and folders’ and uncheck ‘Hide protected operating system files’ in ‘Folder Options’.

3. If you are using XP check for this folder for the ‘BOC_Cash.DLL’: C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\

4. Run BetOnline Card Catcher. Re-register it.
